What does windscreen cover include?
- Repair or replacement of cracked or shattered windscreens and side windows.
- Cover for accidental damage: Whether from road debris, vandalism, or other causes.

No impact on No Claims Discount (NCD): Claims for windscreen repairs typically do not affect your NCD.
How to claim for windscreen damage?
- Assess the damage: If it’s a minor crack, you may only need a repair, If the windscreen is completely shattered, a full replacement may be necessary.
- Report the incident: Contact Laferla’s claim team to confirm coverage and if damage was caused by vandalism, report it to the police and obtain a report.
- Repair or replace: After you confirm coverage, you can go ahead and arrange repairs at your chosen repairer.
