What to Do in a Medical Emergency?
- Seek immediate medical attention – Visit the nearest hospital or clinic.
- Call Laferla’s 24/7 emergency helpline: +356 22480202. This number is also found on your policy document and in our app.
- Provide your policy details – The assistance team will guide you through the process.
- Keep all medical reports and receipts – These will be needed for claims.
What’s Covered?
- Emergency hospital treatment and doctor visits.
- Ambulance and emergency transport.
- Medical repatriation – If you need to return home for treatment.
